Class Schedule

Mix and match expert-led cardio and toning classes such as Skatergie, Energie YogaFlow, Hip Hop Dance class, CardioKick & Sculpt, MuscleTone & Sculpt, Bootycamp, and Energie Barre, a high-energy, low-impact class using barre work combined with light weights, weighted bars, resistance bands, and bender balls.
